Karen O’Neill & Co was established in February 2000 with the aim of delivering a quality, specialised service at an affordable price.   The Firm has since been able to help hundreds of clients who have found themselves in relationship difficulties.  The Firm’s ethos is to provide expert legal advice, as well as practical support, in a friendly and approachable way.

Our three lawyers all specialise in Family Law, which remains a complex and ever-changing field of expertise, often requiring broader knowledge of other areas of law, such as property, business, wills, benefits and other practical aspects.  As well as some tricky elements of law and practice, our lawyers also understand the impact that an individual’s personality can have on a case, especially at the difficult and emotionally charged initial stages of relationship breakdown.

Karen O’Neill is a specialist in Family Law, having practiced exclusively in this field since 1992. Karen is also an accredited specialist via the Resolution (previously Solicitors Family Law Association) scheme in both Cohabitee and Children Law.
