Sole Principal, Karen O’Neill, is accredited as a specialist by Resolution - www.resolution.org – a group dedicated to the solution of family problems by negotiation, rather than confrontation.

We are specialists in Family Law which essentially covers: -

We offer competitive hourly rates as well as costs review limits, and an easy monthly payment facility, so that payments can be spread over the duration of a case. Unfortunately, we cannot offer assistance under the public funding scheme (formerly Legal Aid).

We do offer a free initial consultation of up to one hour, as we recognise that less than that does not allow enough time to properly assess your case, and give meaningful initial advice.  It is therefore free to find out whether we can help, and how much your case might cost, so please contact us to find out more.  We can arrange advice a face to face meeting, telephone appointment, or via email, whichever is most convenient for you.
